a member of the club
2) resigned in good standing for at least 2 years or
3)
on
Leave of Absence for at least 2 years

up at the clubhouse. Fill out the application completely and forward to the address on the application or drop it off at the
clubhouse. Upon acceptance, you will be billed for the applicable dues to the address on your application.
